When will my order arrive?

Depending on the time taken to make the item/items which may take up to a week, within NZ items should arrive within two weeks of placing the order. If it is pre-made then items will be shipped straight away and should arrive within 3-4 working days. For international orders please allow up to 6 weeks as shipping can take a while to get to you since it is coming all the way from New Zealand. All orders will be shipped as soon as possible :D

Do you deliver outside of New Zealand?

Yes of course! When checking out we have the option to ship to New Zealand, Australia or anywhere else in the world.

Can I apply for a sponsorship?

You sure can! I will consider all applications regardless of media platform and followers. Please express interest in a message through Tumblr, Facebook or email and I will get back to you with a few questions :)

What currency do you sell in? 

The store currently sells in USD, It has recently been changed from NZD for buyer convenience.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

In the unlikely event of an order not arriving you can contact me via email and you will be offered a refund of the cost of the items ordered (excluding shipping), or have your order reshipped.
